The customer only needs to register a local automotive brand, and LAUNCH is accountable for the R&D and manufacturing of the vehicles.
Additionally, LAUNCH offers a variety of cooperation options, including the export of complete vehicles under the partner’s brand, the export of complete vehicles or KD (Knock Down) parts under the customer’s brand (The export of KD parts requires the establishment of a general assembly line in the local area of the customer, as well as in-depth cooperation with the customer’s local enterprises and government to create a comprehensive export system from supply chain capabilities to technology, and even automotive culture.

Cooperation Mode Introduction
Corporation mode 1：
Launch owned electric vehicle platform is used for customized dev, and the appearance and interior configuration are completely determined according to the needs of the customer local market, and partners are required to register the car brand in their country. Launch is responsible for the vehicle research and development and the production and manufacture of auto parts, which are finally transported to customer’s country in the form of KD (Knock Down Part). Establish a vehicle assembly line in customer country to assemble KD parts, thus becoming a domestically produced EV in local market.
Corporation mode 2：
Using Launch latest BEV platform technology, cooperate with local enterprises and the government to create a national brand, provide a system-wide solution for Customer’s national industrialization process, and establish the first new energy vehicle assembly line. A new energy automobile industry chain industrial park, and establish a full-process solution for talent develope, including the output of automobile industry talents, the promotion of new energy vehicle automobile culture, and the output of all aspects from supply chain capabilities to technology and even automobile culture. Led by the local government and local car companies, Longchuang assists in coordinating supply chain resources, production line planning, raw material export, model appearance and engineering design, etc., through the design, development and local production of a model, to create a new energy vehicle in the customer's country. Independent production capacity, and then radiate the market in surrounding areas.
